4.1 Accepted Payment Methods: ph48 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to approved Philippine bank accounts are also accepted.

4.6 Currency: All transactions on ph48 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph48 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
5.1 General: ph48 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to these Terms and any specific terms and conditions applicable to the individual promotion, which are published on the ph48 promotions page.
5.2 Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is specified in the promotion terms. ph48 reserves the right to modify wagering requirements at any time with reasonable notice.

5.4 Promotion Modifications: ph48 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. ph48 will not be liable to any player for any losses resulting from the modification or termination of a promotion.

6.2 Random Number Generation: All ph48 RNG (Random Number Generator) games use certified random number generation technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. ph48's RNG systems are independently tested and certified.

9.3 ph48 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph48 will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.
9.4 You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. ph48 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur as a result of gambling on the ph48 platform.

12.1 ph48 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) suspected fraudulent activity; (c) failure to complete KYC verification; (d) account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months; (e) at ph48's sole discretion for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or comply with applicable law.
12.2 Account Inactivity: An account is considered inactive if there has been no login or real-money wagering activity for twelve (12) consecutive months. ph48 may charge an inactivity fee of ₱100 per month on dormant accounts after this period, deducted from the account balance. ph48 will notify you before applying inactivity fees.
12.3 Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your ph48 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and compliance checks) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
12.4 Effect of Termination: Upon termination of your account, your license to use the ph48 platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ph48 platform shall first be submitted to ph48 customer support for resolution. ph48 will endeavor to resolve disputes within thirty (30) days of receipt.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through ph48's internal dispute resolution process, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.4 ph48 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Regulatory complaints may be directed to the relevant Philippine gaming authority.
14.1 ph48 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph48 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the ph48 platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
14.2 Your continued use of the ph48 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using ph48 and may request account closure.
